The IT finishing School Initiative aims at creating a Nation with skilled youth where no Graduate remains unemployed. The Mission of Finishing School initiative is to train the young minds such that they emerge as sound professionals in their respective areas of study and to prepare them for multi-disciplinary domains by enhancing their employability and overall skills.

The GTRAC IT Finishing School is a unique opportunity for students to be mentored for the challenges ahead in an IT career. It enables them with technical and soft skills required to compete for an entry into the IT corporates and thrive further.
